If you fine a 76-P that looks like the 75-CC pieces you posted, let me know! It's tough to fine the centennial Philly issue in low grade.

Then why do you suspect NGC gave the "details" grade? The piece sure looks cleaned to me (from the images).

Is it in a NCS holder?
I think too much damage, esp. the reverse dent. and looks like several stab marks to the obv, (like from a hardness tester.)
