Another mis-graded coin on ebay

The seller is calling this Buff an ms-67. Link At best it's a 60, valuing it at about $40. The auction has seven days remaining and already has 4 bids putting it at $46.55. One of the bidders has bought other coins from the seller in the past. Something smells fishy.
