He says it is a proof.I don't think so
Look at the price also,is he out of his mind and it's not graded..
I may be wrong on the whole deal and if so i am sorry to start anything

Rims look rounded to me, not squared like they should be. But, it is priced for Christmas and it's
really, really cheap so anyone can buy it.

But the seller does guarantee the item is as described

even if it was a proof, it's still overpriced. but it doesn't look proof to me either. if it was a close call from the pics, you could buy it, send it in for grading, and if it didn't grade as a proof return it under the return policy. even if the seller ended up being a scammer PayPal appears to cover you. The seller has lots of feedback and it's at 100%, doesn't appear he's intentionally trying to rip anyone off here.
