What is NAS/NGAS grading??

I am stumped on this "Top POP" label.....new to me

    Could they make their slab any longer? Looks like a diving board.

    I have never heard of this grading company before.

    Looks a LOT like they are trying to simulate NGC but added an inch....someone bought it.....

    They're a basement grader with nothing but junk in their "slabs". Most all of what they "grade" is MS/PR70 yadda yadda.
