Is it my imagination but more than a few series that are not strictly based on bullion are getting H

I see that MS-63-64-65-66 Morgans are HOT, way above the bullion based values.
I see that 2009 ultra relief $20 gold are (were) HOT just a month ago.
I also see that PROOF SAE's are HOT, WAAY above bullion values.
This is but a sampling of what I am seeing.
Surely, this is not strictly a bullion based price swing.
Something else is going on?
Are we expecting a HUGE INFLUX OF NEW "TV PROGRAMMING?"
