  45 & 53 would be my bets. I'm a little on the fence about the '67. It's slightly under a 45, I think, but not enough under to call it a 40.

  looks like it has a cleaning at one time. does that 1883 have some doubling on it? i cant tell from the pics here

  It's possible the 83 has had some cleaning. If so, it does not appear objectionable to me and (from the photos) I don't think it impairs the value.
  
  Yes, the 83 shows some doubling, but it's all worthless strike doubling. Whenever the devices and the date on a shield nickel show identical doubling, it's always a dead giveaway that that doubling is strike doubling. (Why? Because the date is punched into the die AFTER the design is hubbed, so identical doubling cannot be part of the hubbing process.)
