My first thought was F15, but possibly after reviewing others opinions and coin again a F12 because of the dates center weakness.

Grades on this date are all over the place but I tend to see them over graded more then under graded. VF20 ia my guess with all 4 digits of the date still there

She graded VF-20, I have the chance to buy a much much stronger raw coin marked F-12
