  Nope. The CAC sticker just means that in their opinion, the coin is accurately graded.

  More alarming is the obverse dont even look cameo. I would imagine the coin looks different in hand

  I kind of figured that I was just saying maybe the spot is not noticeable in hand either. Heritage actually had a nice picture setup before this change. I hope they go back to it.

  I see the spot by "WE"... that doesn't bother me as much as the CAC sticker... is the sticker missing some of the green on the lower left? I'd pass on any coin that has an imperfect CAC sticker!

  While enlarging the photo to better see the spot, I noticed another similar spot developing in the center of the "G" in GOD.

  That is kind of a surprising grade, but with heritage's pictures of proofs, I can't predict how the coin looks in-hand, so I would be a bit reticent to quiestion PCGS and CAC who suffered no such handicap when assessing it..
