I think the guides have it at around 1400 or 1500 dollars in this grade. But I really liked the originality of this one, I put in a 1700 bid. Oh well. Someone else wants it more so I'll keep looking.
<< <i>The slab says off-center, where is it off-center? >>
It's not "off-center" as in the planchet not being centered with the dies during striking.
There are two varieties of the 1795 Draped Bust dollar, the centered bust and the off-center bust. The off-center bust has the bust shifted somewhat to the left closer to the stars. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The quick way to tell is the "off center" has the two highest curls under "BE" while the center has them under "ER"
I too think you should wait for a piece with a nicer reverse. Have a coin dealer look for one for you at a coin show and agree to pay them a 10% fee to find one or cruise the net and find a better one.....you can do it and probably not for substantially more money.
That reverse would have eventually bothered you, I promise.

Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
I think you can do better than that.
I had one of each (centered and off centered) in FINE. I wanted some cash so I sold one.
I sold the OFF CENTERED one because, I think the centered one is more rare.(man, I hate using the word RARE)
Keep looking.
