I have a coin in an NGC holder that I wish to crossover. However I do not see an area to check for crossover @ any grade, just the little window that pops up that will be holdered if the same grade or better. How do I fill it out to have it crossed at any grade?

On the submission form under the minimum grade (raw/crossover), and is located just next to the declared value on the same line.

Check the "Crossover Box" under the address section then write ANY in the Minimum Grade Column after filling out the rest of the information.
If the coin is an MS66 and you don;t want it graded below MS65, you could write MS65 in the Minimum Grade column.
It sounds as if your using the online form. Just follow the prompts up to the point where you enter the coin specifics. Enter ANY in the MINIMUM box.
