finally got my grades here is a nice 57 d lincoln!
I posted this coin here a lil while ago and thought it had a solid shot at going a ms67. I sent it off over 3 weeks ago along with 32 other mint set toners and the grades finally posted. The lincoln graded a ms67*rb
. If anyone knows what these go for please pm me as im clueless! The pic below is a bit dark but it gives an idea.

wow, purdy coin. Congrats on the grade!
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
<< <i>I assume it's in an NGC slab? >>
Correct. Since it has the star I don't think crossing it would help the value (at least that's what im telling myself lol).
but the color is stunning. Maybe I should consider NGC for the star designation?
I know the pcgs 67RB coin sells between $350-500. I have no idea what ngc67 would bring?

I saw on teletrade there was 67*rb auctioned and it was the only one I could find in the history and it went for $1050!
As for value, well the marketplace will tell you that if you sell it. But consider that in PCGS plastic it would be worth much more as PCGS is much more conservative with lofty grades.
1957-D Lincoln
NGC has graded 109 MS67's (19 in RB).
PCGS, just 24 (5 in RB).
NGC lists a value of $66.25 for a 67RB. A 67RD lists at $375.
PCGS doesn't show a value for RB. A 67RD lists at $3750!
FWIW, I have a '56 in PCGS 67RB that lists for $615, close to what I paid for it. Similar trends to the '57-D.
You must be thinking, "I have to cross it!" Odds are extremely thin. I've tried many dozens of late wheaties in NGC MS67. Only one made it, a '53-D.
Maybe the expense and effort is worth it. The '53-D NGC 67RD cost me $153 and lists, according to PCGS, at $4000. Of course only a registry weenie would pay the outrageous difference between a 66 and 67. A 66 lists for just $75.

Believe me I know in pcgs plastic the sky is the limit and in the ngc plastic the limits the sky lol. Hopefully if I decide to sell it people will look pass the plastic and see that its a sweet coin!
Eye appeal is huge and my guess is your 67RB would fetch a very good price...certainly much more than $66.25.

<< <i>Don't you love it when you pull a coin out of a mint or proof set, send it in and it comes back improperly cleaned.
Honestly I knew that coin would bag but thought for being scratched not cleaned. The obverse has a nice scratch accross the bust maybe they thought it was from cleaning? I always include a body bag coin as it is a good luck charm for me. Sometimes you gotta give them a bone
Hoard the keys.
<< <i>I like it! >>
I know you like washingtons so here's a few
These 2 can pass for twins but two different dates! Both ms67
This coin is sweet in hand. Very nice color and imo a solid plus candidate. I sent it under the modern tier so no pluses are given. This one is a ms66
<< <i>Looks every bit as pretty as this one I am sending to PCGS tomorrow. I have no idea what it might grade

That's a nice one. Did you take that pic in sunlight? I noticed with many toners sunlight can sometimes make them look dull.
