2 add'l "necklaces" on an 1865 pl.5 IHC - ?

Folks,
what's the story on the two additional "necklaces" on an 1865 pl.5 IHC? They both consist of a curved line of raised dots, with the lower one longer and slightly more pronounced than the upper one. I can't find any descriptions of this feature in Rick's 1998 attribution guide. Any ideas?

I think it's something not related to the necklace. It just happens to look like it.

Just linked it so it shows:

Look like dropped die clash marks, from the little raised ridges on the opposing die that seperate the tips of the denticles.
