I had this happen. In my case PCGS did pick up the package, it was just never scanned. Call them, they record the package with the tracking number until they check in.

I had some coins shipped on the 18th that were received on the 7th (regular service) Glad I beat the rush.
...monday was the first full day of spring, that's why the problem.
