  I had this happen. In my case PCGS did pick up the package, it was just never scanned. Call them, they record the package with the tracking number until they check in.

  Just called PCGS customer service to check on some submissions, apparently they are super busy right now and are backed up.....
  
  So FYI, Express taking 7-10 business days, Regular 17-20 days, and Economy up to 45 days

  I had some coins shipped on the 18th that were received on the 7th (regular service) Glad I beat the rush.

  Complaining on the forum has GOT to be worth at least 2 BB's.
