That is a very attractive Jefferson. I have always found the 1943-P to be one of the more difficult war nickels to locate with extremely attractive rainbow toning. My guess is that some minor marks and the light spotting on the upper reverse field will limit the grade to MS66. Is the coin full steps? It appears to be, but the photo is too small for me to say definitively.

This is one that really doesn't need a grade, however, I would guess MS66FS!
1943-P in MS66 FS are fairly common but yours is actually desirable.
