$12 Pickup at the Local Fleamarket - 1964 World's Fair

I was at the Indiana State Fairgrounds today for the Indy Gun & Knife show and the Indy Advertising & Toy show. There were LOTS of coins (Morgans and St Gaudens) at both shows, but they were all overpriced. There was a Flea Market on grounds too. I saw this at the Flea Market and purchased it for $12. The obverse and reverse are toned nicely (I can't take a photo!)... contrary to what the photo shows, there is a band of green, blue, gold and brown around the rim on both sides (the red is a reflection of the camera).
