Question on secure plus fee and true view

On the form for a regular submission it say's standard fee is $30 and secure plus is $45. Is $45 the cost or do I add the two numbers together? Also I don't see anything on the form for Trueview pictures? thanks!

However, I know for a fact that in order to get a coin True Viewed you need to add $20 + $10 for reholder (if the coin is already slabbed by PCGS) and check off "Other service" - Write in True View on the submission form and add the appropriate fees.
Also, it's best to call Customer Service if you have any questions before submitting anything so your order is not delayed for mistakes on the submission.
