I wouldn't call it a scam, keyword misrepresentation. It's clearly the tribute proof seen on TV, and the seller discloses it's plated in gold. Even the commercial itself, talks about the first coin that was struck using 24kt gold. Towards the end of the commercial, they tell you the fine details. $1200 BIN is sorta scummy. I don't think anyone will fall for it, I may be wrong though.

I disagree - he does not link the tribute coin to this coin. He mentions the tribute coin, but does not state this is one of the coins - in fact just the opposite. His opening line states this is a 24k 1 ounce gold coin.
