Proof crown identifiers

I have a 1899 GB 1 Crown that with the looks of the surfaces maybe a proof along with the deeply struck details. However lightly circ the coin has great eye appeal. Just wondering how to tell proof from circulating coins.

    Daveis list 3 crowns for 1899. LXII 3E and LXIII 2E and 3E no proof for that year.
