Another Ebay Bidder to Block - Irritates me !

This new Ebay bidder (new to my material, at least), bought
three items from me on this past Tuesday (2/22).
He paid for the $90 item, which we shipped the same day.
The next day, Wednesday, he sent two messages on the
other two lots of error coins he won (about $500 and $700)
thru Ebay, saying he was going bankrupt, and couldn't pay.
He obviously had second thoughts about the two coins he
bid and won, or he just got his jollies off on biddin on 'em.
In any case, I just saw today that since Tuesday, he's bought
and PAID for over a dozen new items - not coins, but electronic
stuff.
By the way, he has 630 feedbacks, and has been a member since
Nov. 2002.
It's not the money, it's the principal - it's irritating that this human
can outright lie about being 'bankrupt', still bid/win, and pay for
Ebay items after that, and he's still legal in the Ebay system.
Thanks for letting me vent (I know I'm one of a million with the
same complaint/situation with shady Ebay bidders), but I thought
I'd put his bidder name out here with the strong sugggestion that
you block him:

I would insist he complete payment for both items he has yet to pay for, or threaten to report him to eBay.

He does leave some interesting footprints
i would describe his buying habits as reflecting rather catholic tastes, but doing so may be an insult to my Catholic friends.
