NewP: 1835 Bust Dime. Thoughts on grade and variety?

Light cleaning in the past but overall it is a nice coin. Nice color on both the obverse and reverse. Some rub on the eagles feathers on the reverse. What are your thoughts on the grade and variety? Thanks in advance.

edit to add: What's goin on with the rim above "OF" ? Is there damage there?
