Just a nice, low-grade "Redbook" variety Draped Bust Half Cent

1806 Small 6, Stems (Cohen-2)

Housed (and appropriately graded) in an NGC VG 8 holder, this coin would grade by "EAC" standards as an 8/7, average plus.
This is the kind of coin that is perfect for a lower-grade type set. The quality with respect to the grade is solid. It's one of the few coins that I own because I like the variety.
Have a good day,
Greg

<< <i>Nice coin. Thanks for sharing. Question: What do you like about the variety? >>
The 1806 Small 6, stems is a somewhat challenging coin, even in the lower grades if you do not want a lump of coal or a coin laden with problems. Although it's not as rare as purported, it has "condition rarity."
the plastic has taken a beating
