Invoice sent 2.06, no response. Second invoice sent 2.13, no response. Third invoice sent. 2.16, no response. UPI opened 2.18, no response. UPI closed and strike issued 2.22. The reason I say "may or may not" is that it appears he does pay for the cheaper stuff he wins.
