MS62-63.
Would need a better strike and more appeal imo to fetch the big bucks of 64. More than triples in price from 63 to 64. Even the jump from 61 to 63 is huge. Maybe it is only 58-61.

Sometimes Teletrade pics make it difficult to tell the true quality of the coin. I agree it looks like a typical weak strike for a 97-O. But, the reverse looks like it has wear on it in the field (and the obverse fields), so I will have to stick with my AU58 assessment.
