  It is a TY-1 based on the number and size of the rivets. I will go with 17-D based on the stars and drape.

  Type 1 1917. The rivets are bold and the drapery below Liberty's right arm hangs below the railing.

  I thought the coin was a Ty 1 - and initially
  thought the shield rivots seemed too strong
  for a 1916.
