  Portrait and stars look very funky.
  Light strike on the reverse could also be a sign.
  
  It could just be the photo though!

  I don't think I did bad bought it for $8.50. I had my doubts so I basically treated as junk silver.

  I almost have to agree and the rev looks mushy and the obv wear difference between the star and liberty looks very weird. Could also be the image....
