Can I sell a PSA 10, if it doesn't look like a 10?

I have a 1998 Finest Paul Pierce that appears to have a wax stain on it, but it's graded a 10. I wanted to put the scan on here, but it doesn't show in the scan. I had wanted to sell the card, but don't feel right selling a card that doesn't appear to be a 10. Are stains common on this card? I could put the scan up, but don't think it shows anything.

<< <i>I have zero experience with opening a pack of anything after 1990, but is there any wax involved in the pack sealing process for stuff that new? I thought the packs would be foil, and thermally sealed somehow? >>
I don't think they use wax anymore, but it looks like a wax stain. It's a refractor, and I'm not sure if they had coating on them? If they had coating it could be residue. Wish it would show up on the scan.

won't be paying 10 money for the card. Of course I am only speaking of those that read descriptions.
Also, if a buyer receives the card and is unhappy, you have to refund them anyway.
Let them decide if it's worth it.
Please let's not make this into an ethics thread. Sell it, don't sell it.
Currently collecting 1934 Butterfinger, 1969 Nabisco, 1991 Topps Desert Shield (in PSA 9 or 10), and 1990 Donruss Learning Series (in PSA 10).

ok...................
<< <i>This card sells for what, maybe $10 or $15? List it and mention the wax stain. If it doesn't sell, it doesn't sell. It's not even worth getting PSA involved for such a minuscule amount. >>
Ok, I didn't know the card value. I figured that if someone took the trouble to make a post about it, it would be worth a little more. My mistake.

So if this one ends at a high bid...(50/50 chance that the buyer will actually receive the card of course)....it may be actually be in your best interest to send it in to PSA for a review!!!!
Ebay auction Pierce PSA 10!
A good scan - front and back and describe the card.
A buyer will appreciate that and remember the seller IMO.

PSA 10's are NOT flawless.

<< <i>It's not your job to grade cards that are already graded. If a buyer ever has a beef with a PSA grade, they can take it up with PSA. >>
Nice.
Accurate descriptions are all you need. Let the buyer decide.
I recently sold a Gretzky card that was miscut from an unopened box to a buyer and I told him that I'd take it back if he didn't want it after he received it. He was happy with it.
Transaction completed and no longer my problem.

I know it's going to be tough!

One can take this position but if one wants repeat customers - not a good idea.
How many opinions do we need on a card now a days. Pay for one, which we are all guilty. There will always be a % that doesnt agree, we are all picky. But I just dont get the point without a pic for this tread!

Probably because what goes on here is about 20% hobby and 80% chit chat.

1. It is a refractor
2. The reason I don't have scan up is it doesn't show on the scan
3. I will probably call PSA and ask about this issue and see if this is common
4. Just wanted to say thanks to a few members that sent me pm's with good advice/info

<< <i>I'll bet that most of the people saying to mention any flaws on a graded 10 are the same people who hate it when sellers say things like this 8 "looks like a 9" or "this card is under-graded". >>
I think most of the people that said to mention the flaw would mention it regardless of the grade.....
And, more importantly, touting a card is under graded or looks like a 9 or whatever is opinion.
A flaw is a fact.
Huge difference.
