1883 Hawaii Dollar - NP (Post 'em if you got 'em!)

I picked this up yesterday at the local shop. It has been cleaned, and the scan does not do it justice, but it does look quite good in hand.
I just started reading about the history of these coins and I think I am going to collect the Dime, Quarter, and Half too!
Show 'em if you got em!

Here's my example, complete with original Hawaiian tan, that I picked up last year in one of the Heritage auctions:

Was it Philly?
One would think (if it was the US) the San Francisco mint would have produced these considering its proximity to Hawaii.
The date font is similar to the Morgan dollar's.

That is from the redbook.
What I learned the other day however is really cool - at the time the royal family had 2 or 3 roll sets sent to them from San Francisco. So their decendants are sitting on some very cool stuff!
Interesting!

<< <i>I have no doubts about its authenticity but is there a reason you mention it? >>
Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that yours was counterfeit. I only mentioned it so that anyone who may be looking at (or may look at in the future) a raw example be on their toes. I suppose you could apply that to almost any coin now, but the Chinese counterfeiters seem to crank out more of the silver dollar sized coins than any other denominations...
