As far as the toning... Well the 34-D is one of the TOUGHEST OT's to find with any sort of color.
Edited to add: The rim tone on the example below is more color then normally seen on most 34-D's.

Very nice. 64, but who cares when they have that much eye appeal.

I'll vote MS65. Technically a bit weak, but the toning bumps it a notch.
64,but the toning (eye appeal) brings it up a grade.
