I don't think so. I have seen his auctions before and have bought once or twice with nbo problems.

He sells both problem and no problem coins so be careful, but does have some good stuff. I've never bought from him because the problem stuff always scared me away, but some members think he's a good guy.

Arnie sells all sorts of stuff - he caters to collectors - some can
and some can't afford the high end stuff - so he has budget material
for collectors - and - he describes the coin so you have no doubt
about what you're getting. He actually answers PM's thru eBay quickly.

I asked him a question once through the ebay system and his answer was prompt and polite.

I have purchased several coins on eBay with no problems, they were PCGS graded coins FYI.

I bought a couple of Barber Halves from Arnie, they were shipped quickly and as described, no complaints here. Some of his prices are high however.
