  No new court filings as of today.
  
  Lots of things are happening behind the scenes.
  
  3-7-2011 is the deadline for the filing of substantial numbers of papers in the case. The legal teams for both sides [attorneys and support staff] are probably putting in 16 hour days preparing the case for trial.
