2011 Uncirculated Mint Sets - what designation will PCGS use?

Has anyone heard? they're not Satin Finish, yet they're not really business strikes.
They're calling them 'brilliant finish'. Will there still be two designations again this year ... SP & MS?
U.S. Mint's description:
United States Mint uncirculated coins are struck on special presses using greater force than circulating coins,
producing a sharp, intricately detailed image, and feature a brilliant finish.

I'd like to see them be plain ol' MS coins. We shall see ...

This Post states:
"These are struck on the old vertical presses at much lower speeds than those made for circu-
lation. They are also struck by new dies, as has been noted, under increased tonnage. Where
a regular quarter would be struck under about 60 tons and a proof (twice) at 65 tones, these
are struck at 75 tons."
So, to me, they are just reverting back to the old method of producing the coins but under a "new" moniker.
Kinda like their new "branding" where everything is basic black with that silly looking gold coin.
The name is LEE!
I'd like confirmation of that from the mint.
And I can imagine they will continue to use those dies from these sets to make circulation strikes like they did with the satin finish.
Will people be able to discern any differences between business strikes struck off these "old" "new dies" and regular ones? The way it is written, I'm going to guess not, but I'd like to hear the mint confirm their procedures with these dies and presses.

Secondly, I openly ask:
Other than strike quality, will anyone be able to tell a mint set coin from a business strike?
If not, and it is just strike quality, is that worthy of a special designation (SP?), (SMS?) , (???)
I have received better quality picking up pocket change in a parking lot. All coins (without exception) could barely be
described as uncirculated. Bag marks, rim dings, scuffs etc. There certainly is a big difference between these and
the Satin Finish.
anybody else?

designated uncirculated. my conclusion: when they're good they're nice, but when they're bad, they're awful
