What do you guys think? I does have some reflective/proof like surfaces on the obverse and reverse that I am unable to capture in the photo. image

    I suspect that it may not grade with today's standards. May just be AT.

    I dont think it is. It has been sitting in a Whitman for about 30 years.

    Sounds like it looks better in person. The pic definitely makes it look like unattractive (perhaps even artificial) toning.

    Agreed. The toning may be from an album, but it was either cleaned or excessively dipped.
    All coins kept in bank vaults.
