PCGS membership on ebay

Does PCGS still offer subscriptions on ebay?

I can't seem to find it, I know they used to.

Maybe they, like so many others, don't like the fees.

They could probably increase revenue by offering submissions vouchers on eBay. Great way to spend eBay dollars if you have them.
