Doesn't it look like one of those cartoonish looking dates on the fake trade and seated dollars coming out of China?

    Yes, the date does look "off".
    Collector of Large Cents, US Type, and modern pocket change.

    It's OK. The 1915 and 1916 are different looking than the rest of the teens of the Barber dimes.

    It's also struck off-center slightly, but as Dimeman said, the date and the rest looks genuine.
