Will PCGS slab a Bolen Bar Cent and a Counter-Stamped Large Cent?

I have a copper Bolen Bar Cent and a1839/6 Large Cent that is counter-stamped with G. L. Houll... will PCGS slab these?

    I believe it would be correct to state: NO & NO. The Bolen Bar Cent is classified as a private token, which they have refused to grade. And they don't grade damaged coins. Unless they're Trade Dollars.image
