Another NEWP! Toned Oregon Commem! Thoughts on the grade?

In hand the luster is amazing. It looks better than a 63 to me. Thoughts?
Having a hard time getting the luster and the toning together in the images.

Looks very nice for the grade. FYI- On some commems getting lustre and color together in the same image is near impossible. MJ

Tough to explain the grade. Looks much nicer judging by the pics. image

Thats a nice coin, natural looking. I looked at the 67 thats on here and thought "I hope the graders wore a lead suit when that came thru." Alot of value in 63s when they look like that, in my opinion.

I would have guessed MS64. Is that in an old holder?

The images make me think MS66. But experience and the odds make me strongly suspect that NGC saw flaws which are not evident in the images.

That is sweeet for a 63. The reverse strike is deep.

Very pretty Oregon! From the pics I would think better than 63.

Thats MUCH nicer than a 63, a 64, or some 65's. You've been grabbing alot lately, Ankur, and they have ALL been great looking coins.....and this one, well, ranks right up there with the nicest you've posted, and I can't fathom how that coin is only a 63. Really nice pick-up!!
    I'll come up with something.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I'm not 100% sure why it was a 63 myself. There are very minimal contact marks. Might be worth cracking out and sending in for the heck of it. Its in a slightly older NGC holder. The luster is amazing!
