Link to eBay. No number grade listed, simply "GOOD". Anyone seen this before?

The cert # checks out. I'm guessing a labelling error, especially since 2 grades could mean 'Good'.

Well, NGC has "Almost Uncirculated" and "Gem Uncirculated" grades so I guess just plain "Good" works, too.

It was probably part of a specially produced grading set, or a component of some promotion.
