I like it and would call it a 35.Maybe a planchet defect @ 11 o'clock on the obv.

I see it as a very desireable VF25, if for some reason it's actually graded XF (weak strike...) then I would start to wonder about that ding/flaw.
To me that is a perfect look for a circulated bust half though.

I don't think you have to worry too much about adding competition in this case. The seller has a huge contingent of followers for all of his auctions already.
