I wish those would look like that in metal form, but they will be totally underwhelming.
I do like the look of Grant on that coin. Too bad it's not a commem.

The problem will be the fact that they'll be in low- or no-relief, so their eyes (especially Grant and Garfield) will look bugged out and the beards will look like angel hair pasta. The proofs will look even worse as the surface texture they're using now leaves such a low "signal to noise ratio" on the devices that only the hardest edges of the design will look OK.
