  With a proper dip mabey like that I'd say not due to the neg eye appeal. This coin points out the fact that not all toining is attractive and wanted.

  I'd vote no crossover. But then, I'm looking at the reverse, and I can't decide if it is the common VAM 14.1 or the rare VAM 9. I'll assume that you would have made the latter clear if it was the case.

  There are so many better looking examples.
  
  Unless this is a special piece given to you by a relative, I vote pass.
