Can anyone refer me to a place where I can find out the contact information for the highest person at Teletrade?

    Teletrade is owned by Spectrum Group International.

    You probably won't get in touch with him. There are many fine people who work at Teletrade and Spectrum who will be able to help you. Do not turn a blind eye on them.

    I've had nothing but pleasant experiences dealing with Teletrade's customer service people. Just give them a call and I'm sure you'll end up satisfied.

    Highest person at Teletrade can't help you any more than anybody else can. Give them a call and ask for the customer service manager.
