    $850 sounds about right for a set of 5.

    $1,200 was Apmex's last known "offer to buy" but that offer was taken down, and there were no known transactions at that level. The market price remains 100% speculation at this time.

    I'll buy at the issue price if it is reasonable because I only want a single set. If I don't make it through the doors quick enough, I won't be fighting the crowd and I won't be paying a large premium for the priviledge of getting hosed.

    I think apmex will not really want to buy as they will be under observation from the mint to make sure they abide by the new rules. They will want to sell all theirs first.

    However, I think other dealers will be buying for $1500 to resell.
