Is this Rookie Sandy Koufax card really a PSA 6

This was a Rookie Sandy Koufax that was just put on e-bay by Prewarcardcollector sure seems that this card should of got a qualifier o/c for this card.

I saw that. That is one fugly 6. Even if the submitter requested no qualifiers, which I'd have to imagine was the case, it doesn't deserve a 6. Yuck.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

Buy the card not the holder...should never be in that holder...will be interesting to see what it goes for.

That looks worse than 80/20, which is the min. standard on the front for a 6
  • Probably be closer to a 5 OC if graded today.

Last auction, they had a GAI 9 that was missing a left border on the reverse, and had a big smear spot on the reverse as well. A PSA 7.5 of the exact same card looked WAY better than the 9, yet the GAI 9 brought triple the price!! That is why #1) I ALWAYS buy the card, not the holder!, and #2) I will NEVER purchase a GAI card nor will I send them any to be graded (I actually have in the past, and after reading threads, I guess I am lucky I got my cards back!).

The centering might not be the best, but I'd like to have one.
