  The slab seems to be correct.
  
  The reverse label writing is correct
  The front label font seems correct
  The seller looks like he's selling a
  collection of similar items.
  
  Run the slab # through the PCGS authenticity site.

  There was someone who faked these rattler slabs back in the late 80's. This one looks legit. The fake rattlers are actually very rare these days and are worth a premium in their own right.

  I have existed since the creation of this world and will exist until its end. Only my form will change. For these 80 human life years, I have the benefit of having a functioning body and consciousness. I will not waste this opportunity.
