Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Like auctions where you have some chase cards, as well as each auction has something such as
"Guaranteed 1 GU/Auto
3 Numbered Cards
2 Rookies
5 Misc"
Something to that effect, but I would do it on a better scale including some nice "redemptions" for memorabilia and sets such as an A-ROD Auto ball or bat, some 8x10's and unopened boxes of cards.
I'm currently going through to see what sort of guarantee I could do, just wanted to see if something like that would work.

A set price for a set amount (check previous post) and then randomly throughout there would be the chase cards advertised (what I'm planning) would be Arod Ball, Arod Bat (both auto'd), and then some super packs (all auto's/jerseys) Along with some other vintage cards and a few 8x10's... It's sorta difficult to explain I'm hoping someone here can help me say what I'm trying to say.
I actually hate pack searchers, I haven't purchased retails in years because there is never anything there.
Thanks for the quick responses!
-Sean
Sell your higher priced cards here. (Say $10.00 and up ... NOT $10.00 book value, but $10.00 actual value.) Make sure you include scans. Then just group together all your cheaper cards and sell them in lots of 25 or 50 for a few bucks.

I really wanted to do the mystery pack kinda deal that always appealed to me, but I guess that works too- Just sent a Walter Payton Rookie and Michael Jordan second year card to get graded can't wait for them to get back... I'm hoping for 9+ on both of them.
My small collection
Want List:
'61 Topps Roy Campanella in PSA 5-7
Cardinal T206 cards
Adam Wainwright GU Jersey
<< <i>I think you would sell a few of the mystery packs. I've bought a few of those in the past. I never got much out of them but it was still kinda fun.
Well I was actually going through and organizing my stuff, I was going to make between 50-200 depending on what I had (gu/numbered) etc and guarantee that way.
I'm probably going to do singles for a bit then when I get some good transactions I'll organize my mystery packs.
I'll have a thread up for singles later
Thanks,
-Sean

And in whatever amount of stuff I'm putting in them would either be redemptions or cards etc
Currently collecting 1934 Butterfinger, 1969 Nabisco, 1991 Topps Desert Shield (in PSA 9 or 10), and 1990 Donruss Learning Series (in PSA 10).
Obviously not being hit by ebay fees/paypal I can do it cheaper here.

<< <i>"Redemptions"
In 10 of the 75 packs I will be inserting "redemption" cards . These will be used for:
-Alex Rodriguez Autograph Ball PSA/DNA 9
-Alex Rodriguez Autograph Bat >>
I'm confused. In this thread HERE (thread has now been removed), you had the Rodriguez ball and bat for sale then pulled them saying actually just did "mystery" packs and put the strasburgs, arod ball/bat "redemptions" in there.
But aren't these the items you say are "redemptions" in their own listings?
Alex Rodriguez A-Rod Autograph Baseball Sweet Spot Auto PSA/DNA 9
Alex Rodriguez A-Rod Autograph Bat with CoA Big Stick

My Mess
I AM inserting ALL of these into the packs and I guarantee that... I'm doing them on ebay too, I can grab a camera and picture which pack gets which redemption if you would like.
The arod bat has been up for 59 days (Being refreshed in 23 hrs) and ball is just the same (23 hours) I've changed the description on both auctions.
You have to keep in mind I posted "thoughts" for this yesterday, and it was a spur of the moment idea- and I actually drew it up and changed it a bit later in the day, so I did it a bit sloppy.
I can be contacted over AOL Instant Messenger "Sean1125" or you can email me with some sort of contact info (Sean1125@aol.com)
