I have for sale a 96 card lot of 1970 Topps Football cards with 82 different. I believe the overall average of the lot is EX to EX-MT. There are no big names, mostly commons and some semi-stars. A great lot to start the set with and great looking, very clean cards. I am asking $65 dlvd (paypal gift) or consider reasonable offers. Cards will be mailed by Priority Mail w/ DC. Thanks for the PM telling me it wasn't right for me to post on your B/S/T thread that people who sent you money for a product never heard from you about it again. Although, instead of chastising me for what you believed to be inappropriate, I'd imagine a better course of action would be to either fulfill the orders or return the money to the buyers.

What Craig did was not wrong at all, and a guy like me that buys a lot on these boards appreciates it. How can you move on to new business when old business has not been taken care of?

You got in the middle Craig of something you are now assuming to be the full story...the persons involved have been neglectful in their manner in which they NEVER responded to my PMs or which they NEVER fulfilled getting information to me. The wrong is not on my behalf. I PM'd one party over a month ago and offered to send their money to him. However, I received NO replies! I sent another message to them 2 days ago and just today I received a message clarifying that he doesn't and never did have a problem with anything. As far as the other party...I requested information from him a number of times and he always said he was going to PM it and I NEVER heard from him and he disappeared from the board for a while. To this very day I have not received the information as to where to ship his items nor even so much as a PM with any concern? WHY has this person neglected to PM me or send me his shipping info? I got tired of waiting...and his stuff is sitting here in a box on my desk....STILL WAITING FOR THE INFO!!! I feel it is his responsibility to PM me with the info and not someone else to start a thread on my selling post about personal business. I feel the courteous thing to have done (at least this is the way I approach others' business) is to send a PM and confirm the details of what happened and where the problems lie before trying to assume I have tried to neglect to deal with things. I have been on this board for a very long time and have never had one problem with any transaction. I always pay immediately or ship promptly. These transactions did not occur here and the manner in which they were handled may have been maligned by the mis-communication or lack there of. If the other party is willing to be responsible in PM'ing me his shipping info, the problem on his end would be resolved. It would be that simple...I am not holding anything up!

Ya I accepted responsibility for this problem in hopes that I might still get all my stuff from multiple deals made with Earl. Sadly I was wrong. And because of Earls outrage over being called out. Looks like he planned on ripping me off all the while, as he never did make good on his word.

Just for the record, Earl requested my address in chat, and I'm possitive I sent it to him in chat. Earl's comment about this being "not his fault" is a total lie.

Refund me my money or put up with me badgering you everywhere I can find you Earl.

Very disturbing thread. I've never understood why buying and selling is so complicated for some people. Buyer pays for an item and seller then ships the item. Is there anything I'm missing about this process.
