Live Heritage Auction snafu

I'm bidding on one of the lots being offered tomorrow, but wanted to sit in and watch the auction tonite, I know, I know, get a life, but the Heritage auction site says that my security software will not allow the broadcast. It said I should do something, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was. Can someone help me please.

It usually has to to with your security setting being to high to allow for streaming video.
Just try logging on again and it should give you instructions.

happened to me - my firewall in my anti-virus product was blocking it because it didn't use a standard port, i had to whitelist the site.

Saw this late, but here is what happens:

Certain firewall programs interfere with your ability to use the Heritage Live software, and will result in the error message the OP described. To get around that, you can either whitelist the site (I believe push.ha.com is the specific name), or temporarily disable your firewall software.
