Pic resizing question

Can someone direct me on how to resize pics to 1.5mb or smaller? I have Photoscape and Photo Bucket. Thank you in advance!

Not familiar with either, but resizing is different than just cutting the number of bytes. Resizing changes the actual picture size, which generally decreases the file size, too. You can also simply recompress the image to take up less memory and maintain the physical size, as is. Load the file then go to the Save command. If you save as a JPG, generally there are choices related to file compression. Increase, compression, it will decrease file size.

In photobucket just mouse over the pic and the pop ups will appear at the
top of the pic and then just click ether edit or resize.
