    With the spot price of silver over $21.00, it amazes me that for some of the early 1960's proof sets, the bid price of same is very close to melt.

    I don't like it, but my local B&M dealer pop's the Proof Frankies out and sells them for $15-$17 on eBay and scraps the Quarter and Dime.

    Depends on what you're selling. If it's circ. Roosevelt dimes it's one rate; if it's circ. Barber and Walking Liberty Half Dollars, it will be a different higher rate. You can't just put one number on all 90 %. The market is not that simple, contrary to what most would like to believe.
