1961-D/D question

Here is my 61 D/D its too tilted i think to be a RPM 17 and i dont think theres anything to match this up with the 61 D/D/D that is also tilted

My best right now is #46. Based on the position the D to the 96 and the die chip at top left and something at top right.

The pics in my wexler are kind of dark on some, but 46 is my guess right now. Until I see full pics of obv and rev.

Nice closeups, but what markers are present on the coin? It is definitely not 46 (d/d south) or 17 (d/d/d and yours doesn't have the tail coming off the SE corner). Wiles has rejected a number of rpm's from me for 1961d as too minor and some resemble this one. It's definitely a listable rpm in my opinion. If we can't ID it, you might submit it to him, wait several months, and finally get the dreaded "too minor" letter or credit for a new listing.
